Preamble.
These Regulations define the rules of using the social networking site in the facecamp.pl domain, hereinafter referred to as Facecamp, created and administered by the NWCB Foundation with its registered office at 83-328 Stara Huta 21 E, hereinafter referred to as NWCB. The Facecamp enables Users to establish contacts, build communities and develop their activities.
I. User's obligations.
1. To use the Facecamp, the User is obliged to:

- provide your real name and surname that you use on a daily basis for your account;
- provide true information about yourself;
- create only one (own) account and use it for personal purposes or to represent a company in which he or she has appropriate authorisations for this purpose;
- not sharing your password, not allowing other people to use your account on the Facecamp.
2. The Facecamp can't be used by:

- persons under 18 years of age;
- persons, whose account has previously been disabled for violating these Terms and Conditions. Such user agrees not to create another account without the consent of NWCB. Consent to the creation of a new account does not imply or suggest that the disciplinary action was unfair or unfounded.
3. You agree not to engage in (or facilitate or support others in engaging in) any of the following activities:

- The User may not perform any activities or share any content on the Facecamp that:

- violates these Terms and Conditions and the rules of user use of the Facecamp;
- violates the provisions of Polish law or principles of good manners;
- is misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent;
- is not owned by you or which you do not have the appropriate rights to make available;
- violates the rights of another person, including their intellectual property rights, freedom to publicly express values important to them, political opinions, or religious beliefs;
- promote ideologies and create division or discord, confusion;
- contribute to or promote any antagonistic attitudes.

- You may not send viruses or malicious code, use the services to send spam, or take any action that could disable, overburden, impair the proper working of, or damage the integrity, operation, or appearance of the Facecamp.
- You may not attempt to access data from the Facecamp.
- You may not indirectly obtain, solicit, or collect usernames or passwords of other users.
- You may not misuse the channel for reporting, flagging, resolving disputes or submitting appeals.
4. The Facecamp allows you to report people and their content or behavior that, in your opinion, violates your rights, state law, these Terms of Service or other important rules. Using the available menu, you can report an entry or User. The Facecamp obliges Users to make certain reports in the following special cases:

- Users are obliged to report any gross violations of Polish law committed by other Users using the Facecamp functionality, including:

- promoting illegal content, prohibited goods and services;
- showing or promoting hatred, discrimination of any kind, promoting crime.

- In relation to the Act on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 560), users are additionally obliged, in the event of finding violations of the law in this regard, and in particular, in the case of promoting content showing any sexual activities involving children, to:

- by notifying the administrators of the Facecamp by telephone at 608 138 604; 696 238 670;
- send your application to the email address: bok@rcecamper.pl.
II. Rights to posted content.
1. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the use of the content you create and share. You may share your content with anyone at any time. You may delete the content you share, publish, and transmit at any time.
However, this content will not be deleted in the following situations:

- Where they have been used by other people in accordance with the license granted to them and they have not removed them;
- When immediate removal of the content would limit the ability to:

- investigate and determine unlawful activity or violation of the Terms and Conditions or other rules of use of the Facecamp;
- protecting the security and integrity of the Facecamp's services and users;
- compliance with the legal obligation to secure evidence;
- compliance with a request of a judicial or administrative authority, a law enforcement authority or a public administration body;
- in which case the content will be retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was retained.
III. Administrative activities.
NWCB makes every effort to ensure the safe use of the Facecamp, including by responding to user reports regarding content that potentially violates the Terms of Use of the Service.

- Depending on the severity of the violation of these Rules, this may include: notifying the user, removing or restricting content, removing or restricting access to certain features, blocking the account, and even the possibility of notifying law enforcement.
- In the event of any harmful activity being detected by a person using the Facecamp Service, NWCB may transfer the necessary information to other companies if legally justified.
IV. Additional provisions.
1. Account suspension or closure.
If it is found that a user is clearly, seriously or persistently violating the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or other rules, the user's access to the Facecamp may be suspended or permanently blocked and their account may be permanently disabled or deleted.
2. Limitations of liability.
Provided that NWCB has exercised due diligence, it shall not be liable for damages which the parties could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of accepting these Terms and Conditions and for events beyond NWCB's reasonable control.
3. Other provisions.

- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the NWCB Foundation with respect to your use of the Facecamp.
- If the User uses the Facecamp for commercial or business purposes, he or she is subject to the provisions of the Commercial Law.
- Publishing or sharing content containing music is subject to copyright law.
- All other issues are regulated by separate provisions of Polish law.
